1. ABOUT US

2. PLACING AN ORDER

– Orders are confirmed upon completion of a home survey and your approval of the final design.
– A written quote will be provided post-survey. Acceptance of this quote forms a binding contract.
– A 50% deposit is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

OUR RIGHT TO DECLINE AN ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include (but is not limited to) situations where:
– The installation area is unsuitable or unsafe
– Accurate measurements cannot be taken
– The design is not technically feasible
– We suspect misuse of our products or services
– A customer behaves in a threatening or abusive manner
– Payment terms are not met
– The property is in an area we don’t cover (for example Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the Channel Islands, or other remote locations)

If we cancel your order before any manufacturing or installation work begins, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

 

3. SURVEY AND MEASUREMENTS

It is your responsibility to ensure the area is accessible and cleared before the installation. Restricted access may cause delays or additional costs. 

If hidden obstacles (e.g. wiring, pipes, damp, or structural issues) are discovered, we may need to adjust the design, timeline, or price. 


4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is split into two stages:

– 50% deposit to confirm your order
– 50% balance due immediately upon completion of installation

 

Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure payment link.
We do not accept cash payments.

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 14 days of confirmation and receive a full refund, unless production or material ordering has begun.

If production has commenced, we reserve the right to retain up to 25% of the order value to cover incurred costs.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed installation date may incur a callout fee of £150.

 

6. BESPOKE PRODUCTS

All Pro Spaces units are made-to-measure and fall outside the standard Consumer Contracts Regulations for returns.

No returns or refunds are permitted once manufacture has started, unless the product is found to be faulty or not as described.

7. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

We aim to deliver and install within the agreed timeframe, but this may vary due to material lead times, availability, or unforeseen site issues.

You are responsible for ensuring:

– Unobstructed access to the property
– A clear installation area
– Protection of existing flooring, decor, and valuables

We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by access issues or other third-party delays.

Site access, parking, and installation requirements are outlined in our Product & Installation Information guide. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with these guidelines prior to the agreed fitting date.

 

8. SNAGGING & AFTERCARE

Minor adjustments (snags) may be required post-installation. Please notify us within 7 days of any concerns so we can resolve them.

We will arrange a return visit at no cost for genuine workmanship-related snags reported within this period.

 

9. LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

– Pre-existing structural or electrical issues
– Plumbing, wiring, or other services hidden behind walls or under floors
– Any damage caused by misuse or alteration after installation
 

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods and services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of use, loss of profit, or inconvenience). 

We are not liable for issues arising from failure to comply with the installation conditions described in our Product & Installation Information document. 

 

10. GUARANTEE

All Pro Spaces installations come with a 24-month Guarantee from the date of installation. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation address. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

WHAT’S COVERED
– Faulty drawer runners, tracks, and hardware
– Failures that stop the unit from functioning properly (e.g. drawers not opening/closing)
– Structural issues resulting from faulty materials or poor installation by a Pro Spaces installer

WHAT’S NOT COVERED
– Overloading drawers beyond the recommended 35kg weight limit
– Misuse, accidental damage, or any third-party interference
– Cosmetic issues (fading, discolouration, scuffs) caused by sunlight, cleaning products, or chemicals
– Paint or decorative finishes applied by the customer
– Installations not carried out by a Pro Spaces approved fitter
– Units where payment has not been received in full within 10 working days of installation (unless agreed otherwise in writing)
Reasonable wear and tear 
 
WHAT WE’LL DO

IF YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM IS VALID, WE WILL:

– Repair the issue where possible
– Replace faulty parts
– Or provide an equivalent alternative if a replacement part is unavailable
 

HOW TO CLAIM

EMAIL [email protected] WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

– Your name and contact number
– Order reference or invoice number
– Installation address
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos showing the fault

We’ll review your claim and respond within 5 working days with next steps.

 

11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that all information on our website, quotes, and documentation is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all details, including product descriptions, lead times, or pricing, will be error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.

 

12. PHOTOGRAPHS & USE OF IMAGES

We may take photographs of the completed installation for quality control and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

No identifying features of your property (e.g. house number, street name, personal belongings) will be shown, and we will never disclose your name or address.

If you would prefer not to have photographs taken, please inform us in writing prior to installation.

 

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, supplier delays, pandemics, or transport disruptions). 

 

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
