How long does installation take?
Most installs take between 3 to 6 hours, depending on your layout. Your installer will confirm timing on the day.
Do I need to clear the area before you arrive?
Yes. Please clear anything stored under your stairs and move any breakables from the hallway. We’ll also need a nearby parking space kept free for our installers on the day.
What’s included in the price?

Are your units made-to-measure?
Yes. Every unit is built to fit your space exactly, not flat-pack or modular. That’s why our installs look built-in, not bolted-on.
Can I customise the finish?
Absolutely. Units come primed in matt white and are ready to be painted in any colour to match your hallway décor.
What if something’s not quite right after install?
No problem. Let us know within 30 days and we’ll come back to fix any snags, free of charge.
What’s the Guarantee?
You’re covered for 24 months against any installation or material faults. That includes drawer runners, tracks, and structural elements.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel within 14 days of placing your order, provided we haven’t started making your unit. After 14 days, we may retain up to 25% if materials have been ordered or production has begun. If you cancel within 48 hours of installation, a £150 call-out fee applies.
Do you photograph the installation?
Sometimes we take photos for quality checks or to feature on our website. If you’d prefer us not to, just let us know before installation day.
How do I pay?
To confirm your order, simply pay through our secure online portal. You’ll be able to track payments, download invoices, and manage everything in one place.
How deep are the drawers, and how much can they hold?
Our standard drawers are around 600mm deep and built using heavy-duty runners rated to hold up to 35kg per drawer. Perfect for shoes, tools, bags, and more. Need something deeper or reinforced? Just let us know during your survey.
I have a downstairs toilet, can I still get under-stairs storage?
In many cases, yes. It depends on how much of the under-stairs space is taken up by the toilet. If there’s enough room to build around or beside it, we’ll make it work. We’ll assess the space during your online survey and give you honest options.
There are utility meters under my stairs, is that a problem?
Not usually. We can design around water, gas, and electric meters and still give you useful storage. We’ll just need clear access for readings and maintenance. We’ll take this into account at the design stage.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Yes, an adult needs to be present for the entire installation. This ensures we can access your property, confirm details as we go, and walk you through the finished result before we leave.
Will there be much mess during installation?
We keep disruption to a minimum. Dust sheets are used to protect your space, and we tidy up so all waste is bagged and ready for removal.
