How long does installation take?

Most installs take between 3 to 6 hours, depending on your layout. Your installer will confirm timing on the day.

Yes. Please remove anything stored under your stairs, and move breakables from the hallway. Clear nearby parking is also essential.

Yes. Every unit is built to fit your space exactly, not flat-pack or modular. That’s why our installs look built-in, not bolted-on.

Absolutely. Units come primed matt white or ready to paint in any colour to match your hallway décor.

No problem. Just let us know within 30 days, and we’ll come back to sort any snags, free of charge.

You’re covered for 36 months against any installation or material faults. That includes drawer runners, tracks, and structural elements.

Yes, within 14 days of placing your order, provided we haven’t started making your unit.
 After that, we may retain up to 25% if materials have been ordered or production has started.
 If you cancel within 48 hours of install, a £150 callout fee applies.

We sometimes take photos for quality control or our website. If you’d prefer we didn’t, just let us know before install day.

We take a 25% deposit to confirm your order, with the balance due on the day of installation. Payment is via bank transfer or secure link, no cash.

Our standard drawers are around 600mm deep and built using heavy-duty runners rated to hold up to 35kg per drawer. Perfect for shoes, tools, bags, and more. Need something deeper or reinforced? Just let us know during your survey.

In many cases, yes. It depends on how much of the under-stairs space is take n up by the toilet. If there’s enough room to build around or beside it, we’ll make it work. We’ll assess it during your survey and give you honest options.

Not usually. We can design around water, gas, and electric meters and still give you useful storage. We’ll just need clear access for readings and maintenance. We’ll take this into account at the design stage.
